I just did this deal and picked up a box of 84 size 4 diapers for $3.99 after the coupons and ExtraCare Bucks! If there’s not a great way to spend the ExtraCare Bucks (they work like store credit) before they expire, I’ll use them to buy bread and milk next week.

I was just at CVS today and looked EVERYWHERE for this $3/$15 Q- I even asked, they said if you make a purchase in the pharmacy the $3/$15 Q prints out
